**Because Most of our items are handmade no two items will ever be exactly the same.**


Magical Scraps must be contacted within 14 days of the date your shipment is received in order to process a refund. Only unworn or unused regular priced items may be refunded. Items with makeup or any product marks will not be accepted for returns. 

All returns must be sent back to Magical Scraps in the original packaging & tags in original condition with in 14 days of the day your shipment is received. The return/refund process starts the day items are returned to us. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed. Refunds are returned to the form of payment the order was originally placed (or store credit). The credit card company may take up to 10 business days for the credit to be seen on your account. 


For exchanges, please contact us via e-mail within 14 days from receiving the Magical Scraps package. Unworn or unused regular priced items must be received back to us in the original packaging and condition. Please allow 5-7 business days after the package has been delivered back to M&S  to complete the exchange process. If there is a price difference between the item that you wish to return and the new item you choose you will be responsible to cover the cost of the difference, if it is less Magical Scraps will issue you a store credit. 

Partial refunds or individual circumstances- We reserve the right to make changes to this policy as we see fit. 


We will do all we can to assist with canceling your order. Please reach out to one of our team members immediately after your order is placed if you wish to cancel. If the order has gone through the system, a cancellation will not be possible. In those instances, a refund will be processed once we receive the package back within 14 days of the date the customer has received their shipment.


We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for international orders due to the payment being made directly to USPS. For international orders, if your package is unclamped and is returned back to us, we may refund the total cost of the items sold, but will not be able to refund any shipping cost that were incurred. Sand and charcoal does not take any responsibility or reimbursement for returned packages or items that may get out in transit without proof of delivery back to Magical Scraps.
